HAIR CARE ROUTINE

One Routine + Healthy Habits = Hair Transformation
Healthy hair isn't created by one product. It's created by what you consistently do for your hair.
If you're trying to grow longer, stronger-looking hair, your goal shouldn't only be growth—it should also be retaining the hair you grow.
A consistent routine that keeps your hair moisturized, conditioned, gently detangled, and protected can help reduce unnecessary breakage and make your hair easier to manage.
The secret isn't constantly changing products.
It's consistency.

YOUR WEEKLY HAIR CARE ROUTINE
STEP 1 — CLEANSE
Begin with clean hair and scalp.
Use a shampoo appropriate for your hair and focus the shampoo primarily on your scalp rather than aggressively rubbing the lengths of your hair. Allow the shampoo to rinse through the rest of your hair.
This helps remove excess oil, buildup, and impurities without unnecessarily roughening the hair.
STEP 2 — CONDITION & DETANGLE
Apply conditioner and gently detangle your hair.
Don't rush this step.
Start at the ends and gradually work your way upward. For textured or curly hair, detangling while the hair is conditioned can make the process easier and reduce unnecessary pulling.
Conditioning also helps moisturize and improve manageability.
STEP 3 — ADD ALOE VERA
Scoop the gel from a fresh aloe vera leaf.
Blend and strain the pulp out aloe vera gel before applying it to your hair.
Why Aloe Vera?
Aloe vera can be incorporated into a conditioning-focused hair routine because of its moisturizing and soothing qualities. Rather than thinking of one ingredient as a magic solution for hair growth, think of it as one part of a larger routine designed to keep your hair conditioned and manageable.
STEP 4 — APPLY VERA BREEZE
Apply your Vera Breeze Conditioning Hair Growth Mask from your roots through your lengths and ends.
Take your time working the mask through the hair.
Pay particular attention to your ends—the oldest part of your hair is often the most vulnerable to damage and breakage.
STEP 5 — MASSAGE & LET IT WORK
Gently massage the product through your hair and scalp.
Allow the mask to sit for approximately 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Healthy hair isn't about doing more. It's about doing the right things consistently.
STEP 6 — STYLE GENTLY
After rinsing, style your hair according to your preferred routine.
If you're using heat, don't skip heat protection. Excessive heat can contribute to hair damage, so keeping temperatures reasonable and limiting unnecessary heat exposure is an important part of protecting length.
STEP 7 — REPEAT WEEKLY
This is the part most people underestimate.
Don't use a hair-care routine once and expect a transformation.
Give your hair consistent care.
Week after week.
Month after month.
The goal is to create an environment where your hair is conditioned, manageable and protected from unnecessary damage, while you address any underlying hair or scalp concerns appropriately.
THE VERA BREEZE HAIR CARE PHILOSOPHY
Cleanse. Condition. Detangle. Nourish. Protect. Repeat.
Your hair doesn't need constant experimentation.
It needs consistency.
It needs you to stop treating every wash day like a brand-new experiment and start building habits that support the health and manageability of your hair.
And if you're experiencing significant thinning or hair loss, don't assume that changing products alone will solve the problem. Severe hair loss is likely an internal issue for a dermatologist to determine what's actually happening.
